One of the major problems with Black organizations is the lack of knowledge, training and political education of their members and leaders. We can’t be productive and provide community support, resources and services to our community when we focus more on the number of members rather than the QUALITY of those members and how they’re educated about their mission and PURPOSE.

The Black Panthers had the education of its members at the forefront of their mission and purpose which made them a highly effective organization.
